 AI knowledge for your team

AI training at Rheinwunder

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and AI agents are changing how marketing teams research, write, analyse and maintain websites. In our AI training, your team learns what AI is really good for in marketing, how to review its results and where people must keep the decision. The content comes from our daily work with AI in SEO, content, advertising and analytics.

For beginners and advanced users

The foundation module requires no prior knowledge. The advanced modules are aimed at teams that already use AI and want to use it more reliably and safely.

With your own tasks

We work on examples from your daily routine, such as briefings, product texts, reports or maintaining your website. Your team takes away templates and review steps it can use the next day.

Honest rather than hype

We also show where AI makes mistakes, for example hallucinations, and why subject-matter responsibility stays with people. AI takes routine work off your team, the decisions remain its own.

 Contents of the AI training

The key topics of our AI training

We put the topics together based on your level of knowledge and your goals. Typical focus areas are:

How language models work

What is behind ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, why their answers sound convincing even when they are wrong, and what that means for your work.

Good prompts

How to describe tasks so that useful results come out: role, context, examples and clear instructions. Find out more in the article on prompt engineering.

Reviewing results

Cross-checking facts, asking for sources, recalculating figures: fixed review steps before an AI result is published or sent to clients.

Data protection and law

Which data may go into which tool, what to consider with customer data and which questions to clarify with your data protection officer.

AI in content and SEO

Research, outlines and revision with AI without losing quality. Why quality and usefulness are at the centre for Google, when mass-produced AI pages without added value violate Google’s spam policies and why you should check AI texts before publishing.

AI in advertising and analytics

AI features in Google Ads, analysis with AI and where automation needs control.

AI agents

How agents take on large routine tasks, such as checking many pages or preparing data, and which rules apply: test environment, backup, log, approval by people.

Organisational details of our AI training

AI training at Rheinwunder: all the key information

Who runs the AI training?

The training is run by Ralph Grundmann, founder and Managing Director of Rheinwunder, together with other colleagues from our team. We use AI every day in SEO, content, advertising and analytics and show what has proven itself.

Who is the AI training for?

Marketing, content, SEO and sales teams as well as managing directors who want to use AI in their company sensibly and safely.

What do I need to know beforehand?

Nothing for the foundation module. For the advanced modules it helps if your team has already gained some experience with tools such as ChatGPT.

Where does the training take place?

At our offices in Bonn, at your premises or remotely. We agree the location and date with you individually.

Will AI replace staff after the training?

No, and that is not the point. AI takes routine work off your team. Setting goals, reviewing results and making decisions remain tasks for people. That is exactly what the training prepares them for.
