You ask the questions the way you would ask a colleague. Some examples:
- “Compare organic clicks from June to September with the previous year and name the ten pages with the largest increase.”
- “Which queries have many impressions but a position between 8 and 15?”
- “What did Google Ads and META Ads cost last month, and what revenue stands against that?”
- “Which publishers brought the most sales in the affiliate programme?”
- “Check the Tag Manager container for paused tags and tags without triggers.”
There are two things you should know. First, the assistant is no substitute for clean tracking, for example with server-side tracking: if conversions are set up incorrectly, the answers are wrong too. Second, the assessment stays with you. The assistant delivers figures and anomalies quickly, but a person makes the decision. Our blog article MCP Server in Marketing shows how to get started with Google Analytics 4. For fixed metrics you want to keep an eye on permanently, marketing dashboards remain the right complement.
