We naturally have frameworks for the training sessions to keep the creation effort appropriately low. This is partly because some content remains consistent and partly because we want to keep costs low for you.

However, it is particularly important to us that you and your team receive exactly the answers you need to achieve your goals. That is why we use a start date as a kickoff and briefing to understand your individual needs. Therefore, we discuss your specific training requirements in advance and compile from our seminar modules exactly the focal points that can enhance your revenue and brand value. Here, we can either start with the basics or build upon existing knowledge.

Most training sessions and workshops are longer than 60 minutes and therefore at least one or even several breaks are scheduled. The start is usually – as everyone is still receptive and fresh then – around 09:00 in the morning (later if necessary).

We try, should a lunch break be desired, to structure the content in such a way that in the afternoon the ‘full stomach’ is taken into account and all content still reaches the participants. We are happy to clarify all further arrangements and planning points individually with you.

That entirely depends on your wishes. Rheinwunder has a very comfortable training location. There are workshops for up to six people that can be easily conducted . Of course, we are also happy to come to you and hold the seminars in your premises.

Last but not least, we also conduct training remotely, that is, as a web conference . For this, we use different conferencing tools, so we can choose the one that suits you best (we will conduct a brief technical test beforehand to ensure we can start the respective training on time).

In fact, we usually design our seminars and workshops to be very interactive. There is therefore ample room for questions and answers, for discussions and sharing experiences. It has proven beneficial to limit the number of participants to a maximum of twelve.

If it is to be enjoyable and effective, we consider a minimum of four participants to be ideal, so that especially during the exchange of experiences, sufficient different perspectives can be discussed.
