Since its founding, a lot has happened – and Rheinwunder has steadily and sustainably grown. This growth is supported by consistently high customer satisfaction and our commitment to continuously develop our service portfolio. Today, Rheinwunder employs around 20 employees in the areas of search engine marketing (SEO & SEA), content marketing, affiliate marketing, as well as software development and web analytics.
In recent years, a special focus has been put on the technical expansion of the agency. We have specifically invested in our development capacities and strategically expanded the analytics area. This enables us to realize tailored solutions for individual requirements – from tracking setup to automated dashboards to AI-based tools.
During his time in the UK, founder Ralph Grundmann worked with well-known organizations such as EasyJet, British Red Cross, and Visit Britain. This international wealth of experience shapes the strategic depth and quality understanding of Rheinwunder to this day.
Today, we serve both medium-sized companies and international brands – including Rosenthal, GEMA, the German Medical Journal, the Krüger Group (Maxinutrition), Roland Berger, Bitdefender, and ROMA. As a boutique agency, we place special emphasis on personal consulting, transparency, and measurable results – regardless of the size of the company.
The successful start with the first apprenticeship position in 2013 has motivated us to consistently invest in young talent. This has led to Rheinwunder now offering five apprenticeship professions:
- businesswoman / businessman for marketing communication
- businesswoman / businessman for office management
- businesswoman / businessman for e-commerce
- IT specialist for application development
- IT specialist for system integration
In this context, it should be particularly emphasized that Rheinwunder takes its training mandate very seriously, with the success that we continue to employ many of our trainees as well as numerous of our working students.
